Module 4: Kingdom Outlook

At the end of the year, each team scheduled for imminent departure participates in this retreat.  Strategy, covenants and attitudes are reviewed.  The retreat can take many different forms in order to properly adjust to the direction of each team.  At the end of the retreat, HIM personnel sit down with each team and dialogue about the strengths and challenges of the team.  A list of recommendations are given to the team prior to departure.
