MinistryLink
MinistryLink is a web-based service that connects ministers with Churches of Christ. With MinistryLink, churches can view ministers' resumes, post job openings, and connect with ministers. Ministers can upload resumes, browse church profiles and job postings, and connect with churches.
If you are in the process of hiring a new minister or seeking a new ministry job, we strongly recommend that you review the Ministers Salary Survey and/or obtain a copy of Dr. Siburt's Minister Transition Packet.
To set up a MinistryLink account and begin looking for a job or minister, please click the appropriate link below and follow the accompanying instructions. As you complete each step, you will receive more detailed information and instructions on completing that step or the next one.

- For CareerLink (a web-based career service for non-ministry jobs)
If you are a minister looking for a ministry job:
- Sign up for a new account.
Click the "Register" button and fill out the registration form and click "Submit" at the bottom. Not all questions are required, but the more you fill out, the more churches will know about you. - Verify your email address.
You will receive an email with a link to verify your email address (for security purposes); follow the instructions in the email. - Wait to receive confirmation that your account registration is complete.
Once the Office of Church Relations has approved and finalized your account, you will receive an email with your password. The email will also contain helpful information about uploading resumes, browsing churches' profiles and job postings, and using other MinistryLink features. This step may take up to 3 business days. - Use your new MinistryLink account!
If you wish to browse job openings without letting anyone know you're looking for a new job, simply do not upload any resumes or documents, and you will not be "visible" to anyone else.
If you represent a church looking for a minister:
- Sign up for a new account.
- Register and post a job.
Click the "Register and Post Local Job" button. Fill out the registration form and click "Next" at the bottom. On the next page, fill out the Position Information form and click "Done". On both forms, not all questions are required, but the more you fill out, the more ministers will know about you and your church. - OR register without posting a job.
If you are not yet ready to post a job but would still like to set up an account, click the "Register" button (instead of "Register and Post Local Job"). Fill out the registration form and click "Submit."
- Register and post a job.
- Wait to receive confirmation that your account registration is complete.
Once the Office of Church Relations has approved and finalized your account, you will receive an email with your password. The email will also contain helpful information about posting job openings, viewing ministers' resumes, and using other MinistryLink features. This step may take up to 3 business days. - Use your new MinistryLink account!
If you encounter questions or issues while using MinistryLink, there are several technical support resources available. First, the Church Relations team has written brief instructions for using many of the foundational MinistryLink features, and will share those during the process of setting up an account. You can also view a Tips and Instructions file which contains Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and additional information on using MinistryLink most effectively. In addition, there is a Help feature built into most MinistryLink pages, and the MinistryLink program automatically generates hints related to particular pages.
If you would like to focus your minister search on just ACU students or alumni, or if you would like to list your resume or job posting in multiple places, you may be interested in CareerLink. It is a separate but similar web-based service administered by ACU Career Center. MinistryLink targets ministers, churches, and ministry positions, while CareerLink targets a variety of jobs but focuses on ACU students and alumni.
A listing on MinistryLink does not constitute a recommendation by ACU or the Office of Church Relations.
