The Church Relations team administers the Ministers Salary Survey annually to compare minister, support staff, and missionary compensation packages, including allowances and benefits. The survey also compares years of ministry experience, educational background, and other similar factors.
The Minister Transition Packet is a notebook with valuable information to help churches through the minister transition process.
