Jeanene is director of the Center for Women in Christian Service at ACU and is an assistant professor in the Department of Bible, Missions and Ministry in the College of Biblical Studies. 

Her work focuses on three areas: providing mentoring and spiritual counsel to students; helping equip men and women for future work in churches (both on staff and as part of a ministry or missions couple); and teaching around the world. In that role she is a frequent retreat speaker, guest lecturer and Bible class teacher.

Jeanene serves on various committees at ACU, including the University General Education Committee, the Faculty Development Committee, the Ethnic and Cultural Enrichment Committee, and the Chapel Advisory Team, as well as various committees with the Department of Bible, Missions and Ministry. Each year she also serves as part of a specialized team to conduct at least two Come Before Winter renewal retreats for missionary women.

Jeanene and her husband, Jack, dean of the College of Biblical Studies, have worked in team ministry in numerous churches. They both travel each summer to various mission/ministry sites to strengthen churches, train leaders, and encourage missionaries and ministers.
