Norman and Andy, self-proclaimed radicals and publishers of Fallout Magazine, are dedicated to fighting the "system" until their attractive new neighbor - Olympic swimmer and all-American girl - Sophie, arrives on the scene. Neil Simon's hysterical love triangle is a delightful blend of romance and patriotism.
