The ACU Psychology Department exists in an environment that fosters student involvement.  Besides interaction with your faculty advisor, students are encouraged to become members of research teams that function within the department, and to pursue individual interests in research.

The ACU Campus is equipped with technology that is readily usable by students in their studies.  These include numerous computer labs with statistical processing program, internet access, and word processing capabilities.  In addition, the Brown Library contains a large collection of psychology journals, and through the advent of Interlibrary Loan can reach across the country to find information for students.

Outside of the department, relationships are fostered with faculty from related areas, including sociology, gerontology, biology, and education.
