All-Region Choir Camp

Abilene Christian University is pleased to host an all-region choir camp on Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Williams Performing Arts Center (WPAC) on ACU's campus.

The focus of this camp is the TMEA Region 16 audition music:
  • Coelos ascendit hodie (Stanford)
  • In the Night We Shall Go In (Raminsh)
  • Chariots (Dijk)
  • Jubilate Deo (Gyongyosi - women)
  • Gloria (Butler - men)
Registration and Cost

1. Please register online for the all-region choir camp. A payment of $30 by cash or check (payable to Abilene Christian University) can be made at the door. Lunch, snacks, and water will be provided.

2. Please also complete a permission waiver form and review the camp rules prior to arrival.

Arrival and Supplies

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m in the west lobby of the WPAC, located on the corner of Judge Ely Blvd. and E. North 16th St. Students should bring their own music to camp. Please contact your director to secure the music ahead of time.

Directors and Families

Directors are welcome and encouraged to attend the camp with their students. Families are invited to attend an informal performance of the all-region music at 3:30 p.m. in the WPAC Recital Hall.
