B.A. Degree Requirements in Spanish
Departmental requirements for the B.A. in Spanish are as follows:
Principal Spanish courses, 24 hours, in advanced-level courses at ACU or in approved programs of World Class.
Supporting language: Intermediate proficiency in a second foreign language (FL**221 and 222, or equivalent; or elementary proficiency (FL**111 and 112) in two foreign languages other than the language of one's major.
A minimum of 9 hours in residence.
A minimum GPA of 2.25 for courses in major.
Minor in Spanish
A foreign language minor requirements are as follows:
Intermediate language courses, 6 hours (FLSP 221, 222, or equivalent.
Advanced-level language courses, 12 hours (300-400) in Spanish.
A minimum of 6 hours in residence.
