…how is it that each of us hears them in his own native dialekto? --Acts 2:8
The Department of Foreign Language is pleased to offer students the opportunity to study languages through Directed Independent Language Acquisition. The Department has taken the name of the program from Acts 2:8 because it sees the program as a way of furthering the University’s mission and 21st Century Vision. That is, DIALEKTOS is an innovative language program which equips students to think critically, globally and missionally, and prepares students for leadership and service throughout the world. For further information about the DIALEKTOS method, please refer to the Methodology button on the left.
