Work of literature, art or music you would recommend: Gaudy Night (novel) by Dorothy L. Sayers Why you do what you do: I can’t imagine not teaching. When you love something, you want to help others love it, too. |

What you want to give your students: I want to help students discover a subject that maybe they’d given up on before. I want to help them find a part of themselves in literature and writing, to own it for themselves. What you expect from your students: Work, and an open mind. |
