Tim Head
Assistant professor of physics
Education:
2007, Ph.D. in Physics from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
2002, M.S. in Physics from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
2000, B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from Texas Tech University
Research Interests:
Solid state physics. In particular, the interactions of acoustic phonons (sound quanta) with the electronic states of superconductors. Also, superconducting microcalorimeters and other uses of superconductors as energy detectors.
What made you become a Christian?
