EXPERIENCE
1991-pres. Chair, Department of Communication, Abilene Christian University. Coordinator of all administrative responsibilities of the department of Communication, involving eight full time faculty, six part time faculty, and ten graduate teaching assistants. The department advises more than one hundred undergraduate majors and one hundred-twenty-five graduate students in BA, BS, MA, and MS programs.
1993-2000 Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Abilene Christian University. Coordinator of program assessment. Duties include help and evaluation of academic and non-academic departments, colleges, divisions, etc. in compliance with Accrediting Agencies' expectations and Continuous Quality Improvement.
1991-1993 Director of Institutional Research, Abilene Christian University.
Coordinator and evaluator of information related to the state-of-the-institution used for long range strategic planning.
1988-1990 Division Head, Human Communication, Department of Communication, Abilene Christian University.
Coordinated the teaching loads, schedules, and research teaching reductions for eight faculty and nine graduate teaching assistants. Also coordinated the advising for one hundred and eighty undergraduate majors.
