Certification
Satisfactory scores on all appropriate sections of the Examination for Certification of Educators in Texas (ExCET) are required for teacher certification in Texas.
General Electives
To obtain a total of 135 hours required for this degree and to meet all-level teacher certification requirements, students must take 6 hours of electives, of which 3 may be required advanced Bible and 3 from deficiency or art selection arranged to ensure 33 hours of advanced course work.
