The Office of Instructional and Faculty Development in the Adams Center for Teaching Excellence supports faculty in designing and revising courses and developing new academic programs. Faculty may solicit the services of the Director of Instructional and Faculty Development at any stage in the design and development process.

Every new course or new program application is reviewed by the Office of Instructional and Faculty Development before being presented to a college academic council, Graduate Council, University Undergraduate Academic Council, or General Education Council.

Other instructional development services include assistance with syllabus design and curriculum revision.
