Adams Center for Teaching and Learning

Adams Center

The Adams Center spurs on opportunities for innovation, focus, and leadership within the community of leaders and emerging leaders among ACU faculty members.

Innovate. Focus. Lead.

Connected Summit

ACU hosted the 2011 ACU Connected Summit on February 28 - March 1.  The theme was “Turning the Page: The Next Chapter in Education” and included a special look at the emerging role of digital books.
We had participants from 65 universities, 33 K-12 schools, and 27 corporations that represented nine countries and 28 states.

AT&T Learning Studio

This spring the ACU Digital Media Center will have a new home and a new name. The Learning Studio opens next week and will provide faculty and student access to the equipment and expertise needed to produce media projects for a global audience. With whiteboards to jump-start group projects, record audio and video, and then edit and publish your work, the new studio supports creativity across campus.

Publishing Workshop Summer Institute

Caron Gentry will be hosting a Publishing Workshop Summer Institute from June 6 - June 28 on Mondays and Tuesdays for five hours each day.  We are accepting applications until March 18th.  For more information and to apply please check the Adams Center website or contact Dwayne Harapnuik in the Adams Center.
