Residents may choose from one of three custom floor plans which are designed exclusively for students' use and include: full-service kitchens with a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator; wall-to-wall carpeting or wood in bedroom and living areas; built-in dining/study area; prewired for cable TV and Internet; all with individual lease liability. Two and four bedroom units come fully furnished with living room and bedroom furniture. Studio units are unfurnished for the students to incorporate their own personal belongings. A utility allowance, cable, Internet and laundry are also all inclusive. 

University Park also features an on-site manager, a resident assistant staff, a skilled maintenance staff, planned events and activities, and an on-site laundry facility.
