University Park was built in 1994. Residents may choose from one of three custom floor plans which are designed exclusively for students' use and include: full-service kitchens with a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator; wall-to-wall carpeting in bedroom and living areas; built-in dining/study area; prewired for cable TV and Internet; all with individual lease liability.
University Park also features an on-site manager, a resident assistant staff, a skilled maintenance staff, planned events and activities, and an on-site laundry facility.
